well  after all the excitement of the Royal wedding , its a nice long weekend break for most of us.. the weather still good , and enjoying a little extra creative time..

polkadoodles challenge - "stash box stamp challnge & Purple, Blue & Aqua

Hello again..
Friday already.. ( must stop wishing the weeks away)..
That must mean its ..
Polkadoodles Challenge Day !!
This weeks theme is set by the lovely Saskia..
Its also a Stash box Challenge week which means you get to use a stamp from your stash...
Plus, you must use Purple , Blue and Aqua in your project...

i have used the lovely La-La-Land stamp "Dress up Marci" , coloured in with my trusty Promarkers...
The papers are from the "Back to Nature cd ",
which made this quite an easy card as all the colours were in the papers from the Shake-a-tail feather section...
I have used seam binding.. my new favourite.. and the flower button was from stash..
I added liquid pearls to give detail  to her necklace.. and there you have it ! Nice and easy !

Willow Sketchie Challenge - 28th April

Hello guys.. well its feeling like spring really has sprung..lets hope it stays that way...
 I have a frantic few days at work this week , trying to play catchup for the bank holidays... then as of this afternoon I am on my hols.. having  a little Stay-cation , but all the same a week of ...

Pollycraft Monday challenge- "Fun and games"

Hope your Easter weekend is going wonderfully..!!
Had a really relaxing weekend , hubby and I ..the weather has been unbelievably good..!! :-)
I wanted to post this card for the Pollycraft Monday Challenge , set this week by the lovely Emma...

The theme is of course "fun and games" and the dt have created some wonderful cards for your inspiration...

This was a crad I created using Maurice - on the ball, he is coloured with Promarkers...the papers are DCWV , and a little bit of websters..I stamped the little fooball , and the stripes were created using strips of black over the amber paper.

This free digi image was from the lovely Torico. He is colored with promarkers, the papers are from Craftworks cards, they are from the goody bag "Baby Girl" , i think..The lace is from stash and the flowers are Craftworks too..

I would also like to enter this in the "Bling it on" where the theme is a digi and some bling monthly challenge..

Polkadoodles Challenge - " 3 different patterened papers "

Hello all...its a super weekend..
its Good Friday... I hope you get lots of yummy stuff from the easter bunny !
... AND ...its time for the next Polkadoodles Challenge , this weeks theme is to use 3 different patterened papers ...

I have used to fabulicious "Double Sprinkles of Kraft cd" today , its choc-a-bloc with yummy papers and images...

If you need a quick card there are pre-coloured toppers , like the one I have used here...

there are also some great tutorials on the cd for colouring with your Promarkers..

I adore the kraft papers on this cd ... they really do look like Kraft papers...

well best make the most of this fabby weekend...

 I think first i will go stroke some of these yummy papers ..lol !

sugar Nellie Facebook Challenge _ "spots and dots "

morning everyone...
Another beautiful morning...
 i wanted to share my card with you today for the facebbok challenge that they have on the Sugar Nellie group . This week the theme is spots and dots ...
 

I have used the My Minds Eye Stella Rose "Hattie" paper pad... the lace is from stash , the bow is from seam binding...gosh I love this .... its so forgiving , itsbehaves itself and makes beautiful bows with faffing with it....

The sweet Sassy is called "Fairy Tale" and you can get her from Funky kits...She is coloured with my trusty Promarkers. The je t'aime ticket and birthday tickets were digi freebies , the circles were Lili of the Valley stamps... from the clear range..

Hell guys... yes its true , no need to rub your eyes ..i am posting again today..!!
 I wanted to enter my card over at The Sugar bowl , following Maria Therese' Sketch , with the addition of purple and green.

The long neglected Gorjuss girl  has been coloured with my Promarkers...

The papers are Prima "Sweet Fairy". I have stirched the panels , and embellish with flowers from stash (Wild Orchid & Mariannes die). A touch of ribbon and stickles.

Polkadoodles challenge week #15 - "Tie the knot"

Hello guys ... its Friday ... busy day today...
Time once again for the Polkadoodles Challenge , the theme this week is "tie the knot"..

I have used the "Love and cherish" cd from Polkadoodles.Its quite an all rounder this one.. loads to use on it .

this took me minutes to make. I printed out the papers and the stampie. Coloured and cut out the cake stampie..3d'd this onto the papers and stamped the sentiment.. Pearls to finish !

Ladybug crafts challenge- Celebration

Hello guys... its Thursday.. the week-end starts today for me... Yep!
So I wanted to share a quick card  for the Ladybug  Challenge , where the theme is "Celebration".

I have  used this adorable Lili of the Valley image , coloured with my Promarkers..the papers are Bo Bunny  " crazy love"...

a couple of heart shaped pearls , ribbon and a button to finish.

This was for a friend of mine, her niece has just got engaged.

polkadoodles week #14 chalenge- "Sketch"

Hello and happy Friday to y'all.....
 Polkadoodles Challenge time again , and this week its a sketch from the lovely Dee.!
I have used the new and totally delish "Double sprinkle of Kraft"cd..the colours are just lush... this was launched at Harrogate , and will be appearing on create and craft on 11th April.

The artwork on this cd is just beautiful its an awesome collaboration with Sharon Armstrong and Nikky Hall.

I just followed the sketch using the pretty papers , cut out the girl with flower. Added ribbon and glitter ...easy-peasy!

 Yes, I guess maybe I am confusing things a little , I haven't posted my Polkadoodles dt card today , I have been awol.I have in fact been in Newcastle, with my daughter ...we had a lovely time...
