I am sharing another card for Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge today, the theme chosen by the lovely Franz is "Add a ribbon"
I had to use this rather cute image...wahhhh!!!
This is "Fussy Frankie" , and I have coloured her up with my spectrums.. The papers are My Minds Eye Record it
The sentiment is computer generated, and cut out with my Die-namics oval tab die. I included a lovely silky pink ribbon from stash.
